Career planning and development are, I believe, the responsibility of each individual and each supervisor / manager / leader. 

If you want, or need to, we can discuss career planning and development, why it’s important to you, and how it can help you. I’ll work with you, help you complete some self-assessment, and guide you on how to obtain some external assessment.

I’ll coach you on the importance of knowing your strengths and weaknesses and what to do about them (both of them).

Together, we’ll draft a career plan for you, including actions to take for your professional development.

If you need or want, we can loop through again periodically as you execute your plan.

I’ll review your resume, or help you build a new one, and discuss ways to tailor your resume to specific opportunities.
