Unacceptable Experience

Very strange buyer. He/she asked for liked the content but wanted the formatting to be different. I gave a new formatting. He/she was still not satisfied, so I asked please provide a sample so that I will be able to give you exactly the same formatting, which was not provided. Poor experience.
