- Contract negotiation, how to find, penetrate, and close a top account. This tier is designed for a rep who is looking to infiltrate a top referral, or rejuvenate a stagnant sales plan. This is not for a new sales rep or someone who is complacent just hitting their minimums and taking half days to play golf.
